Welcome to our Private Custom Scent Curation Experience

Designed exclusively for engaged couples who want a personal and intimate experience.  Scent is the sense most tied to memory, so give your guests a memory-jogger to remember your day.  Choose a signature scent that's uniquely yours and tie it into your unity candle, wedding favors, altar or table decorations, wedding party or officiant gifts and more.  

Here's how it works: One of our experienced candle makers will start with a virtual conversation to learn your likes, dislikes and goals for the session.  We will prepare a curated selection of scents to try out, and (with notice) can custom order up to 3 fragrances in addition to the dozens we have in stock to find something that's just perfect! At your in-studio appointment, we will guide you through the scent mixing process, helping you choose the perfect combination of fragrance oils that reflect your individual styles and personalities. 

Ideas for your blend include:

• His and Hers - choose two candles to represent each of you; this could be a scent that represents your astrological sign, birth month flowers, state flower, names, favorite foods, you name it!  Blend them together or use them both individually!
• A special place - maybe your first date was at a Greek restaurant, or your honeymoon is in Hawaii, we can help you pick a uniquely memorable scent theme 
• A beloved person - grandma's perfume, grandpa's vegetable garden, memories of your dad at the ballpark or family vacations at the beach, we can find a scent to honor a special person in your life, especially those who are only here in spirit
• A treasured memory - that beach in Honolulu where he proposed, the hot cocoa at the ski resort on your first trip as a couple, the whole quart of ice cream you had to eat in your first apartment when the power went out, or that inside joke about the blackberry jam that only the two of you think is funny, we can find something to remind you of the times that added up to you being here today
• Coordinate with your theme - let us craft a scent to match the season, the flowers of your bouquet, your mom's perfume that's your "something borrowed", or your coconut cake with the chocolate sauce on the side.  

You'll have the freedom to experiment with different oils until you find the perfect blend. Once you've created your custom scent, we'll help you measure and mix it together to create your very own candles to take home and test out. You'll have the opportunity to pour up to three test candles and observe the transformation of your custom scent into a beautifully crafted candle.

There's no obligation to place an order, and the three candles are yours to keep either way! But if you're happy with the results, you can then place an order for candles, room sprays, diffusers and more in your signature wedding scent, with a range of sizes and styles to choose from.

What's Included

*Your own private table in our candle studio for 45 minutes

*The dedicated assistance of one of our Chandlers in curating your custom scent, mixing and pouring of up to three mini candles. Candles will be ready to take home in 1-2 hours or can be shipped for an $8 fee per candle.
